Pop up supper club with Chef Joe Bartlett – Summer ’23
One of the best events I’ve been to this year was the pop up supper club in Eton by Chef Joe Bartlett.
Not only does Joe forage for many of his ingredients, but he explains in detail what to expect and then personally cooks for everyone. Guests were all strangers to begin with, but conversation didn’t take long when seated around a long table.
We had 5 courses, all of which were delicious, unusual and totally melt in the mouth.
